According to CNBC’s small business playbook post, 43% of cyber attacks are aimed at small businesses, but only 14% are prepared to defend themselves.

While it is true that there are innate abilities of each person, it is also the premise that no one is born knowing and that any knowledge or competence that one wishes to acquire is possible as long as there is the will and/or need to do so.
